Dir. Mongao earned his Bachelor’s degree in Criminology and Advance PC ROTC from International Harvardian University in Davao City. He was called to active duty as 2LT in the AFP PC Reserved Force on April 23, 1975 and retired with the PNP as PCOL salary grade of PBG last 2009. He is happily married and blessed with two sons.
