Dir. Jess G. Estoesta
DIRECTOR
Dir. Estoesta was recently appointed as DBPLC's new Director and took his oath last 30 June 2020. He was the Chief of Office, Office for Legislative Affairs, AFP from July 2016 until August 2018. Prior to that, he was Assistant Deputy Chief for Personnel, AJI, in the GHQ and HSC from July 2016 until August 2018. He was also a Deputy Senior Military Assistant, OUSDO at the Department of National Defense from August 2013 until July 2016. He has completed 32 years of dedicated military service. He is a flight instructor garnering from the PMA Alumni Association, Inc., three awards for Distinguished Service.
